The African Community Fund (ACF) is an initiative inspired by the principles
of the 1958 Accra Conference and formalized on October 7, 2019. CoPaT
certificates are W3C-compliant Verifiable Credentials issued to document
participation in verified projects and do not constitute financial
securities. Concessions—including refunds, equity shares, or institutional
guarantees—are subject to project-specific terms, successful completion, and
governance approval. ACF does not guarantee returns, and participation
carries inherent project risks. All CoPaT credentials are non-transferable,
non-speculative, and intended solely as proof of contribution. By using this
