This Program accelerates the adoption of secure, sovereign digital infrastructure across the Fund's ecosystem. By financing integration of the ACF Certificate Authority, identity management systems, and Programmatic API, members can offer verified, tamper-proof financial services while reducing fraud and operational risk. All projects must prioritize data sovereignty, member privacy, and alignment with the Fund's non-speculative mandate.

Program Objectives

  1. Onboard 50+ member institutions to the ACF Certificate Authority and secure API.
  2. Enable 10 million verified digital identities for secure member transactions.
  3. Reduce fraud and identity-related losses by 40% among participating entities.
  4. Establish interoperable standards for secure data sharing across the cooperative ecosystem.
  5. Train technical staff at member institutions on ACF security protocols and integration.
